1. BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE HOUSE IN TUSCANY This is a beautifully decorated Tuscan house set in a quite valley over looking the historic town called Radda in Chianti, near Sienna. You are surrounded stunning views of vineyards and Olive groves. The house has 3 large reception rooms, large kitchen, 5 bedrooms, several outdoor seating areas, swimming pool, and gardens. You can laze around the pool, or get more adventurous and walk to Radda, or take a stunning drive/cycle exploring this most wonderful part of Tuscany. Whoever wins this incredible prize will have the opportunity take to two teams of three people to crew a Sonar steered by either Sarah or Adam in an umpired match race. Don’t be alarmed if your have no sailing ability, the day starts in Cowes, the home of UK sailing, with a full briefing and instruction followed by practice, before the racing begins.
